By using CollegeDarbar you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit our forms.

CollegeDarbar publishes information about colleges, courses, exams and admissions, and offers free admission counselling. We are not a college or university and do not guarantee admission, scholarships or placements.

• Name, mobile number, email and date of birth are required on our enquiry forms. Please give accurate details.
• When you submit a form and tick the consent box, you agree that CollegeDarbar may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email, and may share your details with its partner colleges and universities so they can contact you about their programmes.
• You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to sales@collegedarbar.com.
• Do not submit someone else’s details without their permission.

If you are under 18, you must add your parent or guardian's name and mobile number on the form, and you may use our counselling service only with their consent. By submitting, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the student's behalf.

We take information from official sources and show dates and sources where we can (see our Data Methodology). Fees, cutoffs, seats and dates change often, so always confirm with the institution before applying or paying.

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not post or send material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or hateful.
• Do not scrape, copy at scale, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website.

The website's content, design and data compilations belong to CollegeDarbar or its licensors. College names and logos belong to their owners.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, CollegeDarbar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or relying on its information, or for decisions made by colleges and universities.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
